With Rob Berrington — Nootropics and The Nootropic Multi

In short

Rob Berrington, a biochemistry graduate who began formulating supplements at 18, explains what nootropics are, how his Nootropic Multi differs from stimulant-style compounds, and why he built it around endogenous compounds rather than herbs. He covers homeostasis, liver and folate metabolism, customer feedback, manufacturing controls, pricing of roughly R500–600 a month, and how the product interacts with cannabis and psychedelics.

What does the word "nootropic" actually mean?

It comes from the Greek "nous", meaning mind, and "tropine", meaning to bend or turn — so something that changes the brain. Rob includes supplemental nootropics made from natural products in capsules, psychedelics, and synthetics such as modafinil and piracetam. Any compound affecting cognitive behaviour counts.

How did Rob end up developing supplements in the first place?

He started at 18 while studying biochemistry at university, having already taken up bodybuilding and been interested in health and nutrition. Biology was his strong subject at school, so biochemistry followed naturally. His first supplement was a multivitamin, which 25 years later became the Nootropic Multi.

Is the "Limitless" idea of a pill that transforms you realistic?

Not to that degree, though Rob believes there is a lot of basis in truth. He argues nootropics, including psychedelics, have been instrumental in human evolution, and that nootropics can help with anxiety and focus. For himself, he suspects he simply had a deficiency the multi filled.

Why did Rob build the product around endogenous compounds instead of herbs?

Because if psychiatry claims chemical imbalances, the imbalance cannot be of a synthetic compound not present in the body. He adds only compounds already found in the body, no herbs, since the body does not make herbs and not everyone tolerates every herb. That also makes it usable across ages.

What is actually in it and what is each ingredient for?

It is a multivitamin because the brain is not isolated from the body. It contains N-acetyl cysteine, a modified natural compound that crosses the blood–brain barrier and supports the lungs; glucuronolactone for liver support; chromium for blood sugar; coenzyme Q10 for the heart; and attention to folate metabolism.

What have users reported?

Robin Wheeler described the products as gently powerful, filling deficiency gaps, relieving anxiety and fear and giving confidence and clarity. Courtney said a month of the purple nootropic changed her life, likening it to meditation in a pill. Gavin reported greater focus, higher productivity and less stress under pressure.

How is quality controlled for a product that is not a scheduled medicine?

It is manufactured in a registered South African facility audited several times a year, with proper laboratory protocol and standard operating procedures. Rob argues natural products are hard to get badly wrong, and the absence of herbs reduces risk further — he has given it to a four-year-old and to his 92-year-old grandmother.

Does it interact with cannabis or psychedelics?

In Rob's experience it smooths cannabis, so people who previously became paranoid can access what he calls its teaching benefits. He also believes it would calm someone having a difficult psychedelic experience, tending to clean out a trip. He recommends pairing the multi with magnesium at night.

What does it cost and where can it be bought?

Between R500 and R600 a month depending on the seller. It is available on Takealot, through Nutri Balance in Sandton and Cancure in Greenside. The website, thenootropicmulti.com, has a contact form and Rob's phone number, and he directs buyers to the right stockists.

In their words

Taken from the recording, word for word.

To me, the mind is the most powerful weapon and life is a mind game. Everything is about how strong are you in mind? How confident are you? How easily are you able to articulate your words?

— Rob Berrington

So if there's an imbalance, there must be an imbalance of a natural product. So the way I've tackled the problem is completely from the opposite end and I've just added endogenous compounds.

— Rob Berrington

This thing also works on your, I would dare say it works on your soul because this thing's made me a nicer person.

— Rob Berrington

I'm going to try and do the impossible, I'm going to try and do the delusional, I'm going to try and get this to 8 billion people.

— Rob Berrington

It's your nutrients you need for your body to function optimally and then you can add whatever you need on top of that.

— Rob Berrington

Key takeaways

  1. Nootropic derives from the Greek for mind and to turn, and covers supplements, psychedelics and synthetics alike.
  2. Rob's approach is to add compounds already present in the body rather than synthetics or herbs, on the logic that a deficiency must be of something natural.
  3. The formulation targets homeostasis from several angles at once — liver detoxification, folate metabolism, blood sugar, heart and lungs.
  4. Unlike stimulant nootropics, the effect is usually gradual rather than immediately noticeable, and the product is designed as a foundation that can be combined with other nootropics.
  5. Rob's own gain was less cognitive than behavioural: reduced irritability and noise in his head, and becoming a more empathetic listener.
  6. A month's supply costs roughly R500 to R600, which Rob positions as replacing several separate supplements.

Show notes

On this episode I chat with Rob about his life and journey and Nootropics.

In 1995 a young boy was reading a book given to him by his father called Mega Brain Power, by Michael Hutchison.    This was the book which started his journey into the wonderful world of nootropics. Mega Brain Power was far ahead of its time. It introduced the idea of nootropics a good 20 years before they become a mainstream subject. In fact, that's where he came across the term "nootropic" for the very first time.    All the while he devoured any book he could find on the topic of self-help, and read many of the classics.    This early interest in the mind and in self-improvement, together with his love of biochemistry in school, as well as his interest in health and nutrition from his mom's side, led him to go on to complete a BSc in Biochemistry at the University of Pretoria. It was whilst he was at university that he started developing his first supplement, a multivitamin.    From University he entered into the field of personal development. He learned a lot along the way about human behavior, the mind, the flaws of the mind, counseling and critical thinking.    He then moved into consulting as a healthcare practitioner, where he learned much about what people desire from supplements.    From the wealth of customer feedback he could see for himself which supplements worked, what didn't work, and what was needed but was not yet available.    All during this time he was developing many different supplements. Whilst each supplement he developed seemed to be very different from the other, the making of each was teaching him all the valuable things he needed to know in order to finalize his ultimate creation, The Nootropic Multi.    Inspired by a mix of intuition, knowledge, personal experience, a genuine intention to bring about healing; and perhaps a touch of divine intervention, he created something extraordinary.    This was the alchemical process, the transmutation of the intangible, the spiritual, into the physical.   https://thenootropicmulti.com/ https://wattsinvolved.co.za/

Frequently asked questions

Where did Rob first encounter the term nootropic?

In a book called Mega Brain Power, given to him by his father when he was 18. He notes it took another 15 to 20 years for the word to become more mainstream, and many people still know little about it.

Does Rob offer one-on-one consultations?

Yes. He consults from a health shop where he is partly employed and works with a network of practitioners offering live blood analysis and other health services, though his ambition is to focus solely on the nootropics.

Would this replace all other supplements?

No. Rob still recommends glucosamine and chondroitin for joint pain and a gut formula for gut issues, which he is developing. His baseline suggestion is a multivitamin in the morning and magnesium at night.

What is Rob's plan for the business?

To get the product to as many people as possible — he states the deliberately outsized goal of reaching eight billion people — while speaking openly about subjects such as psychedelics that some may find controversial.

The full conversation, 5,835 words.

Once again, it is what's involved, so good to have you along with us and I got a special guest today. Somebody I've been looking forward to chatting to for a while ever since I was introduced to him and my special guest is Rob Berrington. Hello, Rob, how are you doing? How's it? I'm good, how are you? Fine, fine, fine, fine. So before, well, you know what, I'm going to sort of give a little bit of the secret away. We're going to be discussing neurotropics today and what they are, why they are, if they work, those kind of things. But before we get into the subject of neurotropics, tell me a little bit about Rob, I mean, give me a bit of background. Where did you start off life and what sort of path did you take that led you to, I believe the company now is called the Neutropic Multi. Well, firstly, I want to say thank you for the opportunity to have this conversation and to share what I have here. The Neutropic Multi is the name of the multivitamin itself. The company is Total Balance Marketing. And yeah, I started with this thing when I was 18. I started, I'm now 43, so I started developing supplements basically when I reached university. And I was doing a degree in biochemistry, which I was, you know, I think about that sometimes and just how fortunate I was to be in that situation and be exposed to all of that.

And I was interested in health and nutrition. I was, I'd already started bodybuilding when I was a bit younger. And so biochemistry was a natural, I know I was, I was good at biology in school, I know I enjoyed it. And so biochemistry was a natural progression for me. I didn't actually really think much about, you know, business or money or I just, my parents were, you're going to varsity. And I was like, all right, cool, let's do biochemistry because I love it. And I started developing supplements. Then I was about 18. The first supplement I developed was a multivitamin. And, you know, that's now evolved 25 years later into the Neutropic multivitamin. So it's a multivitamin for your brain. And it's just, I know it's mine and I know I'm biased, but this thing's just amazing. It just does, it's just really changing people's lives and it's changed mine personally. So let's talk a little bit, Rob. You mentioned that you started off with doing multivitamins, et cetera, et cetera. Now there's a school of thought that with all these vitamins and supplements, et cetera, et cetera, all we're doing is creating very expensive urine. I, on the other hand, have always felt that, you know, perhaps our modern diets, our modern lifestyles, we don't get the nutrition in the optimal amounts that we need from just eating, you know, the food that we do.

And also the food that we eat has changed. Now, to move from vitamins into neutropics, explain to me what does the term "neutropic" mean? Okay, so it comes from the Greek words "nous" and "tropine". "Nous" meaning the mind and "tropine" meaning to bend or turn. So it's something that changes your brain. It changes your mind. So a neutropic is, and there's lots of different types of neutropics. There will be, like what I'm doing, supplemental neutropics. So when you're taking natural products, put them into a capsule, there will be a psychedelics to me on neutropics because they're changing your mind. Then you will have your synthetic neutropics, modafinil, paracetam, those sort of things. So it's any compound which really has an effect on your cognitive behavior that is a neutropic. Okay, now, now, have you always been interested in the mind and in brain power and those kind of things? Yeah, it's actually, you know, I reached a funny point in my life when I made the neutropic, I was like, oh, that's what my whole life has been about. Because when I look backwards, all I've ever done is dealt with the mind and the brain. I was, I got given a book when I was 18 by my father. It was called Mega Brain Power.

And in that book, I read the word neutropic for the first time. So that was quite a long time ago, and it took another, I don't know, arguably 15, 20 years for the word neutropic to become more mainstream. And even now, not a lot of people know too much about it. So, you know, I was studying neutropics then I was working with instruments that changed my brainwaves. I studied a whole bunch of counseling, I've done some lay study of psychology. So the mind, you know, to me, the mind is the most powerful weapon and life is a mind game. Everything is about how strong are you in mind? How confident are you? How easily are you able to articulate your words? So it's all, it's all about the mind for me. I think there could be nothing more important than studying the mind and knowing how it works and doing what you can do in order to optimize your mind and your brain. Very, very true. Because, you know, you can, it doesn't matter what you do, if your brain's not playing the game, and I do speak from experience, if your brain's not playing the game, nothing else works terribly well. And, you know, I think, you know, we all sort of sick and tired of the term pandemic. But the lockdown, I think, has brought for a lot of people, brought a lot of these issues and things to the forefront.

I know for me personally, I hit a wall. I absolutely literally hit a wall. And for somebody like me that has always been very proud of my brain and my brain power, and, you know, I used to quote old, who was it, Hal from 2001, the computer there, brain the size of a small planet, was it from there or was it? No, it was the depressed. But anyway, that was what I used to do, you know, be very proud of my brain. And at the beginning of this year, I just decided, nah, not going to happen anymore. And it was the worst possible thing out. I could literally, I got to a stage where I could literally not even string a sentence together. And all I wanted to do was sleep. I was always tired. I just felt horrible. As a result, I've had to do quite a bit of work. And I've had to, again, due to more due to lockdown than anything else, I seek some medical advice and get on to medication, which is not my first go to normally. So the brain is an amazing thing. And I've spent years studying it as well. My background is in communication and neurolinguistic psychology. Oh, wow. So, you know, yeah, so talk to me about it. Can can a little pull change your your life? I know there was there was a series about that that that I think was a series or maybe.

Pardon. Limitless. Yes, limitless. That's the one is is that is that pie in the sky? Is there some basis in truth? I think there's a lot of basis in truth. I think human evolution has been reliant on eutropics personally. I think I think psychedelics, OK, we can not veer off too much into that, but I think psychedelics have been instrumental in bringing us as humans to where we are now. And I think that might be part of the reason why we are more of an evolved species than you know, many others on this planet. I is limitless possible. I don't think quite to the degree that limitless portrays it. But certainly this product has changed that I've made or put together really has changed a lot of lives and eutropics in general have changed people's lives. I mean, that's why they're becoming so popular these days. Eutropics in general can help people with anxiety, can help people with issues on focus. It can help them feel better. I don't think it'll get quite to the point where limitless is. But who knows, you know, technology is evolving so fast. But I can tell you that this thing has changed my life. You know, I used to and I think it's all just biochemical. So far as I'm concerned, because my father was also here to he was a good man.

He had a few issues, you know, and I've struggled a lot in my life with irritability, which I think was just I think it's just a manifestation of anxiety. And when I took this eutropic, I took this eutropic base out and made this neutropic to help others and basically what it is is I ended up helping myself. Because as soon as I took the thing, I just felt like a good breathe. And I think all that I had was a deficiency. And I think the neutropic multi just filled that for me. So neutropics can change your life. Neutropics can change the world. And I think they will. OK, well, we're going to dive into this because to me, this is absolutely fascinating. It is what's involved. My special guest is Robert Berington, the creator of the Neutropic Multi. You are you are you did get your BSC, didn't you? Yeah, I have a degree in biochemistry degree in biochemistry. So are we allowed to call you a biohacker? Well, a biohacker, yes, would be anyone who's experimenting biologically to try and improve themselves. So, yeah, I guess so. Fantastic stuff. It is what's involved. My special guest is Rob Berington. When we come back, we'll find out some more about neutropics, biohacking and the human mind.

And we're back with what's involved. My special guest is Rob Berington. We're talking something that is absolutely fascinating to me is is this power of the mind. It's the concept of neutropics and adding extra bits into your biochemistry. Now, when I said earlier on that that that I at all, I literally did. And and amazingly, just before that, I'd had a whole DNA test done and they came back to me and they said, listen, you know, there's this this this little problem that you seem to be having, which I poo poo'd where they said your brain is not making enough of those happy chemicals and you're not getting those kind of things that you need. Are you at all depressed or sad or anything? I went, no, I feel fine. And then, as I said, I hit the wall and had to go on to some of this stuff. But I don't feel comfortable because it's chemical, you know, it's not natural. Is your stuff mainly made from natural ingredients? Yes. So I've been working in the health industry for many years. So my background is health. So when I design the neutropic multi, that's why it's a multi-bitty because, you know, your brain's not isolated from the rest of your body. You need vitamins, minerals, all these nutrients.

So what the neutropic multi does is it feeds the brain. There are a couple of, for example, N-acetyl cysteine is a modified natural product, which is freely available in health shops. It just kind of supercharges the cysteine molecule and allows it to cross a blood-brain barrier. So it is a modern sort of supplement. It's got totally natural products and it's got semi-synthetics, but all fall within the health industry and really, there's not too many side effects for the same. Now talk to me about that because, I mean, one of the things that I've always focused on and I was told a little while again is that I have ADD and, you know, my mind is constantly spinning and running around and, you know, bouncing from one thing to the next and the next one like, oh, squirrel and off I go, down another rabbit hole. Is this the kind of thing that neutropics can help with? Yes. 100%. It's, you know, we trade on interesting water when you try and make claims for a product because we live in a funny construct where even if you can do something, you can't claim that you can because, you know, the medical community doesn't like that for their own particular reasons. But so if I speak generally and broadly, yes, neutropics definitely help a person with anxiety.

You know, if psychiatrists talk about chemical imbalances and we've got a whole industry, billions, trillions of dollars based on chemical imbalances. So the way I look at it is, okay, what are we imbalanced on? Because surely we're not imbalanced on a compound which is synthetic because it's not in your system. So if there's an imbalance, there must be an imbalance of a natural product. So the way I've tackled the problem is completely from the opposite end and I've just added endogenous compounds. So what does that mean? Indogenous meaning it's already compounds that are in your body. I'm not adding something weird that's not already in your body. I'm not adding even any herbs because your body doesn't make herbs. So that's what I'm doing. I think this thing is helping people with deficiencies and I think when the body is not deficient and when the body has what it needs, God, the universe life created us. And the very fact of being alive is a miracle and the body is a miracle which we will never, I don't think fully understand. So rather than trying to pretend that I understand the body and I'm giving the body what it needs and letting the body work its magic. And I think if the body is optimized, I don't think anxiety will be so much of an issue.

I don't think depression will be so much of an issue. I don't think irritability will be so much an issue. It just makes sense. Okay. Now just to take a step back because another side of this that I'm very fascinated in is you mentioned earlier on you mentioned psychedelics and things like that. Now initially psychedelics were used in a sort of medical fashion and then somewhere along the line decided they were bad. So they all got stopped. And now only recently are they starting to study things like the psilocybin mushrooms. They're starting to study LSD, what it can do, MDMA, what that can do for people with PTSD, et cetera, et cetera. Suddenly we start hearing about marijuana and that's now become the latest cure-all for everything. And I don't doubt that there is a lot of benefit to marijuana, but I mean we've got an endocannabinoidal system that runs through us anyway, so CBD, I mean CBD shirt me has helped me in terms of from a health perspective, I'm a diabetic and I have nerve damage in my feet. So the CBD with a little bit of THC shirt me has helped me. It's helped me with pain control. And I'm not ever going to look at that and go, "Well, I'm not going to do that again." From the shamanic perspective, I think one of the most eye-opening, if you'll excuse the pun, experiences that I've ever had was with a Peruvian shaman.

And we did a San Pedro journey, San Pedro is known as the grandfather plant. And man alive, that's like somebody takes the curtains and whips them open and says, "Well, this is what you think is real, but here's what is really real." A lot of people won't go down their streets. A lot of people are too scared to go down their streets and they rightly, I'm not judging them for being like that. But in terms of new tropics, because we then tread into the realm of what they call homeostasis in the body, which is one of the claims made for cannabis. Is this what you're aiming for with your vitamin? Homeostasis? Yeah. Yeah. That's basically what I'm doing. That's why it's a multivitamin and I've added a whole bunch of different ingredients. One thing that is different about my new tropic from many others is... So I've designed many different supplements throughout my adult life. And each supplement that I designed, although it was for a different sort of modality, different area, because I've done skin, hair and nails, I've done liver things, multivitamins. So although each one I designed was for a different purpose, it taught me a lot about the human body and about the interaction of different molecules in the body.

So throughout all of that experience, one of the things that I did is I've looked at liver balance, at liver support, supporting liver and how the liver can detoxify your system. And I've put something in here called glucuronolactone, which can certainly assist with liver support. And it's one of the first new tropics, if not the first, that does that sort of thing. So I'm looking at, because your liver balances aren't your sex hormones, estrogen, progesterone, estrogen, and these testosterone, these all have an effect on your mood. So I've looked at that, I've looked at folate metabolism. So folic acid and certain people have genetic defects, which makes it almost, well, it makes it less efficient for their bodies to use the folic acid that it has. And folic acid regulates various hormones in your body, directly or indirectly serotonin, dopamine, or adrenaline, these sort of things. So yeah, homostasis from many different angles, there's some chromium in there to help with your blood sugar levels, because that's going to have an effect on how you feel as well. There's cranes on Q10 for your heart, there's NSC consisting that helps with your lungs. So I've really looked at it from many, many different aspects and managed to take everything I've learned over the last 25 years and put it into one supplement, which is really what I try to do is to simplify the health shop so that you can take your multivitamin in the morning.

So in my case, the new Tropic Multi, magnesium at night, and that should sort you out for a good part of the way. Okay, because that's one of the things that I was going to say, you hear from all over the place and whilst the internet is an amazing place to hang out, it can also lead you down all sorts of rabbit holes. Always something new, there's always something different. And then you get this list that you think, okay, this is what I need now to try and sort myself out. And it's a shopping list that's as long as you are. And you then have to go to the, as you say, like a health shop, for example, and then you spout up this list and then you get all of this stuff back home and it's like, where do I start? How do I start taking all of this? Is this something that the new Tropic Multi takes that all out of your hands and says, here it is, one tablet, swallow that. Well, I think it could, I mean, obviously there's, you know, there's a specialist supplement if you've got joint pain, I would still recommend you glucose and incondroitin. If you've got gut issues, I would still do a gut formula and I'm working on one of those. You know, but I think, I think certainly if you, if one could do a multivitamin in the morning and a magnesium at night, I think that would be a good foundation for most people to do.

And I think if more people do that, they'd sleep better, they'd feel better, they'd have more energy and the immune systems would be boosted. Wonderful stuff. We're talking new topics. My special guest is Rob Barrington. We'll be back with more on what's involved in just a bit and we're back with Rob Barrington. What's involved? That is so good to have you along with us. We're talking new Tropic. New, oh, there we go. You see, I need some of your stuff because I can't, I can't think of it. New Tropics with my guest Rob Barrington. Rob, success stories. You say you take this yourself and it's helped you. Have you had any, have you got any other success stories? People that have, have, have started to take this. Does it, does it work for them? And then the next part to the question is with a multivitamin like this, this obviously doesn't fall under a scheduled medicine as such. Is there any form of controls there? Okay. So the controls are, sorry, yes. Let's go with the first part because I know I tend to ask a bunch of questions. Success stories. Let's, let's have some of those. Okay. So I've, over the years, well, over the last year, there's been, been quite a few of which I've managed to successfully lose most.

So I do have a couple of here, if you're one from Robin Wheeler, who you and I both know, he says, for example, yes, he says there are two in the range and I use them both, gracefully and gently powerful. They fill in the gaps where we are deficient, bringing calm and relieving anxiety and fear, and then give you confidence, clarity and zing. Pretty magical, really. If you didn't know you'd taken them, you would feel like you were just having a great day. But as you progress, you develop a sense for the nuances. And that's very important, what he said there, because, you know, a lot of new tropics, when you, most new tropics, when you take them, you're going to feel immediately something. This new tropics, some people do, but mostly it's a longer term effect. So yeah, I'm glad Robin highlighted that there. Let me give you another success story. This is from Courtney. She says, I've been taking the purple new tropic for just over a month now and that absolutely changed my life. I tell people that it's like meditation and enlightenment to pull. I just wanted to thank you for bringing such an amazing thing into the world. All people need this in their lives. So that's another interesting one there.

Okay. Fantastic. Tell me, tell us about Gavin and then let's move on to, to the controls and the medicine control council, et cetera, et cetera. Cool. So Gavin says I took this new tropic multivitamin because I'm under a lot of pressure a lot of the time. When everything is happening at once, I find it difficult to stay calm and focused. But I must say this new tropic multivitamin has increased my focus so much. I'm so impressed. My productivity levels are through the roof and I don't feel as stressed as I used to. I highly recommend it. So yeah, that's a sample of success stories there. Fantastic stuff. Now let's talk about the controls, et cetera, et cetera, you know, because that's one thing that I've seen sort of across the board and it amazes me how many of us are happy to sort of throw things down our throats and not sort of be terribly worried about it, whereas we probably should. How does, how does yours work out in terms of it being a multivitamin? So it's manufactured in a registered facility that gets audited a few times a year. I'm not sure how many, but they're, you know, it's a proper lab, you know, there's protocol and there's, you know, you wear your lab coats and there's SOPs and all the right things in the right place.

And I, you know, there's a couple of really good manufacturers in South Africa and yeah, so that's how that's made. And the quality controls are there, the checks are there. And you know, with a, with a natural product, you can't go too wrong. You can't, you're going to really have to mess it up in order to cause some harm with someone, you know, with herbs and things like that, that could get a bit more tricky. And that's also why I don't have any herbs in the Neutropic multi, one, it wasn't necessary and number two, something, not everybody can take every herb. So I've made the product so that I've had a three and a half year old on it with currently got a four year old on it. I've given it to my grand who's 92. So it's for guys, girls, anyone really can take this product. Okay. And then obviously, I mean, your body knows what it needs, so it'll, it'll take what it needs and get rid of the rest. Rob, do you do anything else or is this, is this your main sort of product? For example, if I came to you, sorry, Rob, if I, if I came to you and I said, okay, here we go. This is my laundry list of symptoms and ailments, et cetera, et cetera. Do you do sort of one-on-one consulting or tailor make stuff for people?

Yeah, sure. All the time. So it's never going to be just the Neutropic multi. I'd always add a magnesium to the thing and depending on what the other person needs, we'll add various things to it. Another good thing to know about the Neutropic multi that makes it once again different from many other Neutropics is this can be used with other Neutropics in order to enhance the effect. So this isn't in place of your favorite codeine stimulants or modafinil or any other Neutropic you want to take. This serves as a foundation. It's your nutrients you need for your body to function optimally and then you can add whatever you need on top of that. Okay. But again, that's like an absolute minefield. I mean, I've seen, wow, just looking around over the last little while, mushrooms, the Raishi mushrooms, the turkey tail, all of those are all now being touted as wonder drugs and Neutropics. Sure. So is there a place, do we come to you, do we come and say, Rob, this is, as I said, my laundry list, how can you help me? Is that a service that you offer? Well, at the moment, I'm partly employed in a health shop, so I do consult from a health shop. Obviously, my plan is to, I want to just focus on the Neutropics.

That's really what I want to do. I want to get this thing everywhere. But I have a team of good people, good friends who are absolute geniuses and great healers. So yeah, we do have a network of people that you could go to. We offer live blood analysis and all your health needs we'll be able to sort out for a week. Fantastic. Now, we're going to be running out of time shortly. I'm just checking on the time, as I always do, because we always end up talking way too much before I let you go. If somebody's obviously wanting to get onto these Neutropics, we're going to give out the website or the email address, et cetera, et cetera. Is there any contraindications though? Because if somebody is, for example, maybe doing a lot of things that are not entirely legal according to our medical professionals, like the psychedelics or whatever, is this going to help or harm? So in my experience, I'll take cannabis, for example, a lot of people who previously couldn't smoke and just cannabis because it made them paranoid, when taking the Neutropic multi, a lot of people that are then actually able to get the real spiritual benefits from the cannabis because cannabis, when done right, can be a real teacher.

She's a teacher medicine, a teacher plant, and the Neutropic multi I found just smooths our cannabis. I think if somebody was having a bad time on a psychedelic and they took the Neutropic multi, it would probably chill them out. It tends to clean out any psychedelic trip in my experience. Okay. All right. That could be good news for some people because I know once you're on the journey, there's no stopping and getting off because you're not having a fun time. What I'm finding fascinating is that you say that your focus, your concentration, that improves. Yes. Now, there is that. I'll tell you what was the biggest thing for me because a Neutropic works on the brain. This thing is a little different. This thing also works on your, I would dare say it works on your soul because this thing's made me a nicer person. When I had all that noise in my head when I was younger and I was irritated and I just really couldn't have enough attention to focus on somebody else, it was hard to be interested. It was hard to always be on top form. Now that I've calmed down a lot, certainly it's a never ending process, I think, but I just find myself listening to people more, I'm more empathetic. I'm more self-aware of my mistakes and I try and correct them.

It's just made me a nicer human being and like I said, that's a never ending journey and I'm still learning and I'm still messing up here and there, but certainly for me that's what it's done to me. It's helped me just to be a better person. Fantastic stuff. My special guest is Rob Barrington on What's Involved. We're talking Neutropics and his Neutropic Multi-Vitamin. When we come back, we'll be wrapping it up and finding out where we can get some of this if we need to. This is what's involved. We're back with my special guest, Rob Barrington and all right, so let's get down to nuts and bolts. Obviously, you take it yourself and you are a very good advertisement for taking the product. If somebody is looking to either get hold of you or they want to find out about this multi-vitamin, can we order online? I've got a couple of people selling for me. It's available on Take-A-Lot. It's available through Nutri Balance in Santon. That's a whole shop in Santon. It's available through Cancure in Greenside. I do have a couple of other people, but I guess the easiest thing is to log onto the website, theneutropicmulti.com, and then I'll send those people to the correct individuals and they'll help them from there.

At the moment, I don't have an online shopping at the moment on my website, but we'll get to that and there's other people who are dealing with that for the moment and I like my friends to make something off of it as well, so I'll flow people in that direction. All righty, so the web address is theneutropicmulti.com, so it's the, and then N-O-O-T-R-O-P-I-C multi.com. Theneutropicmulti.com is the place to go. There's a contact form there as well. I'm sure then that Rob will get back to you. Rob, before I let you go though, what's next though for Rob Barrington? Because you've now come up with this wonderful multivitamin, but just chatting to you. I know that there's got to be a next, there's got to be a more, so tell me about that quickly. Well, I want to get this thing to everyone. That's really, that's my sole focus right now. I've kind of achieved in my life what I need to. I'm making okay money, I'm a simple kind of guy, I don't need a lot, so basically I'm thinking the world's more oyster from here on out, I can just, I'm going to speak my truth. I'm going to say it like I see it, some of the things that I have to say, like psychedelics might be controversial to people, but I'm just going to speak my truth and I'm going to offer this to as many people as I can.

I think if people take this, their lives will change. I think it's what your brain needs and I think it's the easiest thing a person could do to help themselves. So that's my focus, this is, I'm going to try and do the impossible, I'm going to try and do the delusional, I'm going to try and get this to 8 billion people. Okay, well that's a fairly substantial goal and we do wish you all the best for that. Just give me a rough ballpark because I know in terms of retail, how much does a month's supply roughly? So between 500 and 600 depending on where one is buying it, it is a quote unquote pricey product but it's also replacing so many things and really for what it's doing it's well worth it. It certainly sounds like it, I mean if I think just in terms of the vitamins and supplements that I take in terms of my diabetes and trying to keep that under control, I'm certainly paying more than 500 or 600 rand a month, so could be well worth while trying it out. So I suggest you give it a go and if you've got any questions, you're more than welcome. Somebody contacts you, you're happy to chat to them to give them some answers? Totally, yeah, I've got my phone number on the website as well so give me a call, just not at 11 at night but yeah.

People are famous for that, I promise you. 11 o'clock at night, this is a good time for us to have a chat to somebody but if you want to get onto the website once again, it's the newotropicmulti.com, give it a bash, give Rob a shout, see what you can do and I'd love to hear from you if you sort of have experienced it, what you think, if you're giving it a bash, I might even give it a bash myself and give you some feedback on that. Rob Barrington from the Newotropic Multi, founder of the Newotropic Multi, thank you so much for taking the time out and having a chat to us, I do appreciate it. And thank you for taking the time to help me on your show, really appreciate that and thank you for the opportunity to share a bit of what I know about this great product. Fantastic stuff, that was my special guest. Rob Barrington, more what's involved will be coming your way very soon.
