Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which episodes and pages people engage with — nothing more. It loads only if you click Accept on the cookie banner, and IP addresses are anonymised. If you click Reject, no analytics script loads at all. You can change your choice at any time via the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.

The newsletter

If you join the newsletter we store your email address for the sole purpose of sending it to you. It is never sold or shared, and every email carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Third parties

Episode audio is hosted by Podbean; playing an episode is subject to Podbean’s own privacy terms. Outbound links (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, LinkedIn) take you to platforms with their own policies.

Your rights

Under South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Write to david@wattsdigital.net and it will be handled directly.
