We chat about her journey of recovery and weaning herself off of painkillers as well as the many health benefits of Kratom. This amazing plant can be used for a variety of purposes including pain relief, energy and focus, better sleep etc. It has also been used to treat anxiety, PTSD and substance abuse withdrawal symptoms amongst others.
