Angy-Lee Marcon — Founder of Our Heart Centre Healer, Traditional Healer, Energy Worker

With Angy-Lee Marcon — Founder of Our Heart Centre Healer, Traditional Healer, Energy Worker

In short

Angy-Lee Marcon, founder of Our Heart Centre in Midrand, describes a healing practice that mixes traditional medicine, Reiki, sound therapy, EFT and trauma release, matched to whatever a person needs. She explains her couples, ladies and mother-daughter retreats, the Butterfly Effect fund, weekly chakra and meditation evenings, and why her aim is for clients not to come back.

Who is Angy-Lee Marcon and what is she trained in?

A traditional healer from Centurion with a doctorate in traditional medicine, who has also studied metaphysics, trauma release, Reiki and emotional freedom techniques (tapping). She grew up in a large Afrikaans and English family, dreamed of being a social worker, and says everything changed for her around nineteen or twenty years ago.

Why does she use so many different methods rather than one?

Because every person's pain sits in a different place. One person may need Reiki, the next sound therapy, the next trauma release, depending on whether the pain body is in the physical, emotional or spiritual body. She works with wherever a person is, and meets them there.

Are South Africans becoming more open to energy healing?

Yes, there is a clear shift. She describes people coming to her because they have seen a difference in someone else, including a very traditional Afrikaans man who came after his wife's retreats and his son stopped drinking. David recalls a time when this work drew signs of the cross rather than curiosity.

Why check physical health before emotional or spiritual issues?

Because nutrition and gut health shape how a person feels. Her team includes someone in the medical field and a nutritionist, and they check the physical first: the right enzymes and bacteria affect energy levels, and something like gluten may leave a person sluggish and in pain. Nobody is simply labelled depressed.

How did the retreats start, and what happens on a couples retreat?

They grew out of plant medicine work, where she saw nobody was offering integration, so people would return to normal life without carrying the lessons forward. From there came couples retreats, where couples are taught how to be couples, including how different love languages, such as acts of care versus words, leave partners speaking past each other.

How did she meet her husband?

At a nightclub, after nearly two years of working on herself and writing down exactly what she wanted in a partner. When he approached her, she told him she was not interested unless he wanted to be an example to the world of what love is. He asked to buy her a drink.

What does the ladies retreat cover?

How to be a real sister and what a woman deserves: not to be abused, hurt or treated like nonsense. It runs from Friday evening with ice-breakers, then breath work, yoga, labyrinth walking, swimming and circles. Her youngest participant was thirteen. Much of the trauma traces back to mother issues, which led to mother-daughter retreats.

What role do the men on the team play?

They hold other men. Among eight facilitators are men she describes as real men, gentle and loving, holding the feminine and teaching other men how to be men, physically holding them through trauma release and their stories, against the message that big boys don't cry.

What is the Butterfly Effect fund?

A fund supporting foundations, animal outreach and people in need. The centre collects plastic bottle caps for the Sweetheart Foundation, which sells the plastic to make wheelchairs, spreading through schools, homes and offices. It also sponsors Jule, a jaguar at Waterberg Predator Park, which gives hunted and maimed animals a permanent home.

What runs weekly at the centre, and what does it cost?

Sound therapy meditation every Wednesday evening, and an eight-week chakra workshop on Thursdays from seven to nine, starting 6 February, covering one chakra a week with its sound and meaning. The meditation is donation based; she has been paid in a toilet roll or vegetables, because nobody should stay away over money.

In their words

Taken from the recording, word for word.

everybody is so different every single person needs something different you might need Reiki but the next person might need sound therapy the next person might need trauma release every single person is different

— Angy-Lee Marcon

I said to him look I'm not interested unless you are interested in being an example to this world of what love is and he looked at me and he said cool can I buy you a drink

— Angy-Lee Marcon

I had a lot of abuse as a young girl and I attracted abuse growing up but I believe it's so that I can help people

— Angy-Lee Marcon

I don't want people to think that they have to run to Angie Lee every single time I teach people how to look for the symptoms within themselves because we are all our own healers

— Angy-Lee Marcon

that's where it's where we teach couples how to be couples I know it sounds strange but men don't have a clue and women don't have a clue about each other

— Angy-Lee Marcon

Key takeaways

  1. Healing is matched to the person: the same complaint may call for Reiki, sound therapy or trauma release depending on where the pain sits.
  2. Physical checks come first, because nutrition and gut health can explain what looks like an emotional or spiritual problem.
  3. Retreat work only holds if the insights are integrated into everyday life, which is why integration became the starting point of the practice.
  4. Much of the aggression and nastiness people show is pain talking, and men need other men to hold them through it.
  5. The aim of the work is empowerment, not dependence: clients are taught to read their own symptoms so they need not return.
  6. Community work is built into the centre through the Butterfly Effect fund, from bottle caps traded for wheelchairs to sponsoring a rescued jaguar.

Frequently asked questions

Where are the retreats held?

At various venues rather than the centre: Magaliesburg, Waterberg Predator Park, the KZN Midlands and Namibia. Workshops, meditation evenings, chakra workshops, voice opening ceremonies and sound workshops happen at Our Heart Centre itself in Midrand.

What is a voice opening ceremony?

A Sunday session from nine until two for eight to ten people, working with the throat chakra for those shut down by a teacher or parent telling them to be quiet, and for people who want to learn to chant and sing.

Does the voice work actually change anything?

Chloe Joy, who has been with the centre five years, is offered as the example. She had a teeny tiny little voice, did the voice opening ceremony, and now facilitates ceremonies and sings the icaros.

What are Angy-Lee's working hours?

She starts at ten in the morning, after time with her eighteen-year-old son Adrian Lee and the gym, and works through until about nine at night. Monday is her day off. Chloe Joy is the first point of contact.

What else does the centre offer beyond retreats and workshops?

Sound workshops teaching why and how sound heals rather than just banging a drum, and family connection ceremonies involving children.

what's involved it is that it's been a good evening I just got to say congratulations to the winners of the or the winner of those five bags of living soil you lucky lucky soul Glenda you're in Kempton Park I believe Glenda from Kempton Parker the randomizer chose your name well done and congratulations to those of you been sending me photos of your veggie gardens and everything I am turning a delicate shade of green there's some beautiful veggie gardens there it's all about sustainability it's all about giving back to earth that's what I believe in that's what we're trying to do with the show it's kind of weird over the last while the show started out as very very strictly a business show and it's now becoming more a I don't know lifestyle show I guess but a lifestyle for interesting people and talking about interesting people from our heart center right here in mid-rand we have Angie Lee did the people call you Angie Lee is that it is it is it Angie Lee nobody shortens it or called you and I like Angie Lee mark on and you you're the founder of our center so it's so good to have you here with us I am a little just hang on I've got to catch up with all these messages there's there's four screens in the studio hand every last one of them is flashing at me at the moment and not in a fun sexy way either um all right so let's talk about who is who is Angie Lee I mean tell tell me a little bit about you Joe big girl not a job that girl from Centurion I'm born in Great Centurion okay yeah I come out of a very large family Afrikaans and English both yeah and yeah when I was a little girl I used to dream of helping people I wanted to be a social worker and yeah my life led me through ups and downs crazies left right sensor everywhere and about 19 or 20 years ago everything just changed for me and I understood why why I went through what I went through is to help people through everything that I've been through that's how I'm able to help everybody that I do because I've been I've been trying to since we first got into contact and I was chatting to you I've been trying to think how would I how would I describe Angie Lee and and what she does you're a healer but a healer on many different levels and let's let's talk a little bit about that because you are you a qualified I don't know do you get qualified as in terms of African plants and medicine and tell me about it because it fascinates me yes I'm qualified and I have my doctorate so traditional traditional and I also have studied all kinds of metaphysics from trauma release to Reiki to you name it emotional freedom techniques tapping all of the rest studied it all yes okay and then then this then gets combined into the work that you do yes I'm when I started this many many years ago my interests and I realized that everybody is so different every single person needs something different you might need Reiki but the next person might need sound therapy the next person might need trauma release every single person is different depends on where your pain body is sitting if it's in your actual physical body your emotional body your physical body and your spiritual body so that's what I work with wherever you are at that's why I meet you do you find and have you found that over the last few years certainly for me this has been apparent that there's been the sense of awakening of people going hang on there is more to this healing thing there is more to to living and it's become more acceptable I remember many many many many years ago I think they just parked the last ox wagon when I got qualified and then got my Sui Reiki masters it was you know people were making the signs of the cross and saying you know well what is this weirdness and and it wasn't well accepted in this country have you found people are becoming way more open to energy energy healing there's a shift so much more I have people that come to me who have seen a difference in other people and they go wait some things some things up with this some things happening I had a gentleman recently who came because his wife had been on two retreats the Sun came on the retreats and he could just see this huge difference the Sun was an alcoholic he stopped drinking after one of our retreats and his behavior changed and the the father was just so in awe he wanted to come and check it out and he's a very Afrikaans won't look on those feels and he was just blown away because he can see and feel that authenticity you know everybody has a story everybody has something that is that is enough something that is hurting inside a lot of people just don't know what it is you know maybe you took your mom a cup of tea when you were five and she said no that's not sweet enough and you took that story on but your whole life became I'm not good enough I'm not good enough and so therefore you attract relationships etc that confirm I'm not good enough and it's amazing because you cannot with that kind of thing you cannot lump everybody into the same category because something which for me may have been incredibly traumatic other people go huh and yet there's stuff for other people that you know when you say this is my story they go how the hell are you still alive and you go I don't know it was kind of you know I didn't like the alternative you know there we go and to be able to meet people where they are I think is is vitally vitally important and also there's absolutely a place for for conventional medicine in our society and the benefits of that but I think a lot of the need for that can be prevented if you take care of the spiritual side of things and the energetic side of things but also and you know one of our team members is very much in the medical field and then I've got another lady who's also on our team and she is a nutritionist so we totally believe in the holistic approach if you're mental and emotional and your spiritual is out of alignment we always first check your physical because what you're eating you know like the lady ahead of of me Tamsin was talking about your your physical you're eating the nutrition eating the right enzymes and bacteria's etc that gut health can determine how you are feeling where you'll get up and go is are you feeling slab sluggish maybe you shouldn't be eating wheat for example gluten it's gonna make you feel slow and in pain so there's all a whole a whole approach when when we look at somebody it's not just okay you're depressed it must be a childhood trauma yeah we look at where you are at mm-hmm so you talk about you talk about retreats and I want to get on to those retreats because it sounds to me on the one hand both incredibly appealing and like oh my soul I'm going to have two people for a number of days because this is the weirdness that is David I love being on radio and often people ask me like I love people I just don't have to see them all the time if I can do it from a distance I'm happy but I've been on a number of retreats and weekend stuff over the years a lot of it very shamanic based stuff and I can tell you from my experience it certainly has changed my life we'll talk about your retreats when we come back it is what's involved this Monday night mix 93.8 and you know what I really calm brain - you know what we're gonna just rely on the universe getting the whole music thing done for me because I'm just screwed it up totally so here we go anyway my special guest in studio Angie Lee Markham from our heart center we're talking about the healing we're talking about the retreats that she does so retreats you know when you hear somebody say retreats it's kind of like you take a step back to get away from it it'll tell me about your retreats okay so we've got quite a number of retreats that we offer and so when we started out with plant medicine I saw that nobody was really offering the integrate integration side of things so I started with the integration and helping people integrate what they've learnt and come away from with plant medicine into their everyday life otherwise it just becomes a you know three months later oh I went on a hippie thing instead of actually carrying forward the lessons and the aha moments into life so through that I started doing the couples retreats and couples retreats are fantastic that's where it's where we teach couples how to be couples I know it sounds strange but men don't have a clue and women don't have a clue about each other and we teach them we teach them how to how to function why you why you go out of your way for your partner or how that person's interest is is maybe vital to their breathing and to their life existence so for example some people might not might have a love language of of caring for others but another person's love languages is words and then they're speaking different languages so we help them see all of these things that can just help them communicate better I mean you you are married happily married very I know you look like stupid in love and that's what's going on and this was one of the things I was gonna ask you because it comes across that you are head-over-heels for your man and he likewise for you and you seem to have wonderful adventures together so many you know the very first night I met my husband I had been on sure about almost two years that I just went into self you know trying to just get rid of the things that are in my way and yeah I wrote down exactly what it is that I want in a partner and when I was introduced to him and we were at a nightclub actually and we were out with friends and wow this man was smiling at me and I just went he came up to me so he came up to me and I said to him look I'm not interested unless you are interested in being an example to this world of what love is and he looked at me and he said cool can I buy you a drink and yeah from there it's just it's we are the example of love and that is it the world needs an example I really do believe that we choose what we know in our lives and I chose broken because I was around broken from a very small childhood age I was just surrounded by broken so I didn't know what fixed look like what it what it's supposed to look like and when I took those two years and that was one of the things that I really wanted in my life I wanted to be that example to the world to say okay cool that's what it looks like that's what love looks like that's what I want to attract in my life what amazes me though is very often specifically healers or people that work in the healing arts whatever whatever way shape or form that takes are often the ones that have dealt with the most and had the most pain and in some of the best stories because everybody has a story some of the best stories I've heard and some of the biggest success stories come from the most initially broken and damaged places and you know if I take if I take my my childhood my background and I've spoken openly about it's not something that is that is a secret people say to me but you know how you know you have every reason in the world to also be like a psychopath alcoholic etc etc and I said well considering my circumstances how could I not change where otherwise people would go look at my circumstances it gives me a license to still act this way and I think we're moving into a place where where in the old days it used to be very mystical and hurry hurry this thing about enlightenment but it is I think we are becoming more conscious as as people and hopefully it's it's it's going to be this this knock-on effect where you know we're gonna get to a critical mass and suddenly there's going to be a big shift I don't know what you feel about that totally agree and David just you know and what you were saying you know everything in my life no matter how bad it was you know I had a lot of abuse as a young girl and I attracted abuse growing up but I believe it's so that I can help people and same with woman I had a lot of issues revolving around woman and woman who found me a threat woman who were just ugly to me and just nasty because I was pretty and I was I was just loving and kind and yeah I got a lot of abuse through that so that's another retreat that I hold I actually have a ladies retreat where I teach people what it is like to be a real sister to be to act as a real woman I mean I have my youngest girl that came on the ladies retreat is 13 so we are starting to hit the young ages teaching teaching women how to be respectable and what they deserve in life not to be abused not to be hurt not to be treated like nonsense you know so yeah and I think that's that's an amazing thing because anybody that goes and says to you women are the weakest six has absolutely no idea what they're talking about because I mean you know not only do you carry children you give birth as well somebody asked me what I think it's like to give birth and I said the best way I can describe it is if you take your bottom lip and try and pull it over your head you might come close I'm not sure but you know it is true that that you know men need to learn how to be men because I think men have forgotten a lot of what it is to be a man and and that doesn't mean to be rough and tough and take no nonsense there is this this masculine energy and a man can be gentle a man can be strong and firm and women need to learn as well that that they doesn't have to be because because very often you know we are such fragile things as human beings you know and we've got such fragile little egos that the slightest thing will set you off and then immediately you're going to the fence mode and I found out we're a lot of the nastiness and the aggression everything comes from his pain so people who are in pain totally it's pain that talks correct on our retreats we actually have I'm a we've got a group of eight facilitators and we've got men in our group that are real men there are just gentle beautiful loving holding the feminine teaching other men how to be men and it's just beautiful to witness unfolding because let's face it from little boys don't cry big boys don't cry yeah stop it you know and we've got men that actually hold these men while they are going through their trauma release while they're going through the stories to stand up to be the true men that they are it's very beautiful to witness really so you say you do you do a woman's retreat now take me through a woman's retreat very quickly we've still got some time I want to get into the other things you do but a woman's retreat starts when for example it starts on a Friday evening at 6 o'clock yeah and everyone gathers and we chat and there's a few little exercises that we run everyone through just to break the ice and get everyone to know each other and then the next day we've got all kinds from breath work to yoga to walking labyrinths to swimming to whatever it is depending on where we we hold it in the country whether it's KZN or or acting or wherever it is but yeah we we we hold circles and a lot of trauma with ladies usually stems from mother mother issues yeah yeah it's a lot of a lot of stuff comes from other issues or from how people were young girls were shut down as a little girl or you know yes it's also relationships but we've got to find where the where the root cause is and with the ladies retreats we've actually now I'm doing my the daughter retreats because that is so important I know with my own mother we've got such healing and she's actually flying in for our next retreat in February from KZN so we're gonna have a retreat together I'm very excited do you do at our heart center itself to do stuff there and then you've got various other venues that you do we do a lot of our workshops in the sense and we've got meditation evenings every Wednesday night we do the chakra workshops every Thursday evening and we do the voice opening ceremonies and sound workshops etc at our heart center the retreats we do at various retreats are them Halisburg we've got fall water the waterberg predator park and we've got KZN in the Midlands we've got we got in Namibia beautiful yes yes we're gonna talk about more of what you do when we come back it is mix 93.8 what's involved is the show this Monday night we're telling to our special guest in studio with us Angie Lee Markham from our heart center we also have Chloe here but she's got the brightest smile I've ever seen but she's got the tightest lips at the moment I'm gonna throw a microphone at her just now probably I don't know she looked at me pleading me so maybe I won't but we'll be back in just a bit what's involved love that song that song at Starship we built this city I think that was in about 1986 that it was released and I remember we still had to do our national service in those days and we used to do at some stage I don't know why they did it okay they were crazy people we used to just have to stand inspection at all hours of the day and night and we used to listen to Radio Orion and this was one of the songs that I remember polishing boots to so there you go little buddy useless information on a Monday night my special guest in studio Angie Lee Markham from our heart center there's so much to talk about and we're talking about so many things one of the things that that you guys are doing you talk about the butterfly effect the butterfly effect being the you know the whole sort of presupposition that if a butterfly flaps its wings in one part of the world we start a hurricane in another part of the world maybe maybe not quite to that effect but talk to me about your butterfly effect okay so the butterfly effect it's a fund which supports various foundations and animals outreach programs and those who need support so for example and our heart center we collect bottle caps and we give it to the sweetheart foundation who then sell the bottle caps as plastic and then they make wheelchairs so what we do it at our heart center so say for example we've got people who are teachers they go and tell their kids to collect bottle caps their kids tell their parents the parents start going well firstly they start collecting bottle caps at home and then they go to their work and then they start collecting bottle caps at work and we've got a beautiful lady Ankea who actually goes and collects bottle caps at work but a box in each office so that people are aware and these are plastic caps that go in the bottle and it brings awareness to plastic and looking after the earth and you know why just throw it away if you can do something with it and then they make wheelchairs with that another thing that we've got is we sponsor Jule who is a jaguar at the Waterberg Predator Park friends of mine own the Waterberg Predator Park in Far Vata and it's it's all aimed at looking after animals that have been hunted maimed etc so missing limbs broken heart broken spirits etc they've got wolves lions tigers and they actually look after these animals and give them a forever home so these animals have been abused in one way shape or form because I know that you know very often and and this is where we need to draw a line and be aware of things people go up at its park oh yes well yeah no you know there is a need for a place like this because and I've been involved in the tourism industry I've been I am a field guide still and I know what happens I know about the canned lion hunting stuff like it and when you find an animal that's been caught in a trap for example I'm in a gin trap you cannot release it and animal into the wild and and to euthanize it yeah I don't know hey I think we've got a bit of a responsibility but that I can talk about at length on another another subject another program right now though we talking about all the things you did you mentioned meditation evenings at our heart center every Wednesday evening we've got sound therapy meditation so I'm a sound therapist I work with all kinds of instruments from singing bowls to drums to crystal balls to everything and I work with sound and frequency so everybody's frequency so when you come to the sound therapy meditation I guide you with meditation but I raise your frequency I raise your vibration I shift things through that are stuck within you okay so that's the one thing now is is there that's every Wednesday is there is there cost to that donation based it's what it is once you yeah I don't want anyone to feel that they can't come because they can't afford it so you've got people that meet me with a toilet roll or meet me with in my case like a basket of vegetables wherever people can meet me I meet them correct okay and then you also mentioned chakra chakra workshops chakra workshop starts in the sixth of Feb and it's an eight-week chakra workshop and every Thursday evening from seven until nine what we do is every evening we look at one particular chakra I teach you the sound I teach you the vibration I teach you what it is I teach you why it is and why it's so important to understand because for me my number one rule is know thy self know thyself if you've got a pain in your body know it where it is is on your left side and your right side of masculine feminine is that your is it's something that's stopping you in life is it actually a trigger for you is it somebody else you know and this is all the things that I teach I empower at our heart center we truly believe in empowering people I don't want people to think that they have to run to Angie Lee every single time I teach people how to look for the symptoms within themselves because we are all our own healers that's what I often say with the stuff that I do and a lot of times people people take it the wrong way but my whole objective is to make sure that you don't come back yeah purely because you need to be empowered yourself because we all have that that inner knowing that intuition the ability to work with energy ourselves I mean we literally swim in a soup of it all day every day so I like I like the fact that you do that now you've been kind enough to offer us a prize to give away to one lucky listener tonight yes I've actually got two prizes I thought surprise you surprised me with the coolest prize I gotta say thank you this is going on my desk okay it is the most wonderful wonderful water bottle and seen as though I'm on an I'm on a water kick now because I was against water for a while I didn't believe in drinking it because fish make love in it but I've changed now and this is a beautiful beautiful bottle and it's says there our heart center and it says only kindness matters what kind are you the kindest time so other prize you got to talk to me okay so the first prize is the chakra workshop we're offering a chakra workshop to somebody yeah and then the other prize is the water book predator Park result in author has given us a weekend away and for somebody I'm sorry the the the lines have all just gone down nobody can get it I will be forced to take the prize maybe you know really that is a weekend away right at the predator park in the in the waterberg correct I've heard of it I've never been but from what I've heard it's the most amazing thing and I mean particularly at night the the calls of the different animals and everything and the people they are absolutely passionate about the animals they care so deeply to Annette Rizalda author Charles all of the staff are just so involved I want to meet the wolves you're all there oh oh the wolves are my best when we do when we do retreats there it's so exciting because you've got the wolves that are howling while you busy with the retreats while you busy doing the the ceremonies and got the lions are those roars it's amazing amazing so so you do when do you rest on Mondays is Monday is today your day off and I dragged you out to an interview in the middle of the night well there we go glad I could be of service so so Monday's your death but but our heart center is is open I mean the rest of the time people can get hold of you Chloe is Chloe there joy is the first port of call okay I'm a mother to the most beautiful child in the world Adrian Lee 18 years old still mommy's little boy and so I start work at 10 o'clock in the morning because I'd look after him and I also I look after my body so I go to gym and do all the rest of the stuff and yeah and then I start from 10 o'clock in the morning till about nine hop us nine at night and that's you know we can with what consultations and patience the sound therapies the chakra workshops we do all kinds we do like I mentioned we do a voice opening ceremony where you know talk to me about this my voice might need a bit of sure I don't think so I think my voice is fine what happens is a lot of people we find that they get shut down at some point in life whether it's a teacher that said no don't stop whether it's the parents that told them shut up children are meant to be to be seen not heard etc and a lot of people get really deeply affected you know you'll find people that are really shy and they they're just scared you know so we open up your voice your throat chakra we teach you about why we actually find where the root cause is and then we then people who want to actually learn to chance and sing Chloe Joy is a perfect example she had a teeny tiny little voice and then she did the voice opening ceremony and Wow she now is she participates in the ceremonies as a facilitator and she sings the most beautiful ichor and the songs and ceremony and yeah it's just it's amazing and Kath as well all of us I've I've seen in in some of the the the retreat stuff that I've done that the drumming in the singing there that it's the ichor I think you call it is absolutely beautiful absolutely beautiful for me after a while though I'm like okay you've sung the same song 72 times now can you change it being time it's just been once but my head's been round that song 72 times it's only been a half an hour not like 17 days but it is it is a wonderful thing to do so so again the the voice opening is that is that a process is it just a one-night thing one day thing we usually do the voice opening on a Sunday from 9 o'clock in the morning till 2 o'clock and we take a group of between 8 and 10 people it just depends who's there and how they you know are they people that come often and then we've also got a sound workshop and we teach people about sound so I teach people about why you use sound to heal how you heal with sound why you don't just bang a drum how many beats what it does how to teach people to play the American Indian love fleet because I've got a handmade cedar love fleet and I have no clue how to play it because it sounds so beautiful and haunting when they play it and when I blow it sounds like a dying goose anyway listen I believe you have I have to now the microphone is on come closer and say hello Chloe Joy it's so good to have you here I threatened to do it and I always try and you know I have to be a man in my way I'm the least scary person I know exactly exactly look at that how are you how do you how long have you been with our heart center I've been with the center for five years since they started out way back away and through the the work that I've done on myself I've had such incredible epiphanies and such incredible growth in myself that I've been able to bring that into ceremony space and share that with other people I just think it's such an important thing to share with the world there's such a need for healing and it's just such an honor to to be in a path where I can share that with people and show that to people wonderful stuff that voice thing worked works like a bus okay okay so you do you do voice opening you do sound therapy you do chakra and you do retreats okay yes and we do family connection ceremonies as well all right family connection is with kids cool Kaz is here she's gonna be up between nine and what what time are you on until silly o'clock nine till midnight yeah that's what I'm doing you you see she's got the freedom I don't have that freedom because Kaz gives me the look if us that's why I'm nervously looking at the time now how are we gonna are we gonna make it easy for
